ORLANDO, Fla. (March 30, 2022) – The Marine Industry Association of Central Florida (MIACF) hosted the Orlando Boat Show March 25-27 at the Orange County Convention Center. The highly anticipated show featured 20 of Central Florida's top boat dealers representing more than 80 manufacturers. Strong sales proved that consumer shows have returned in full-force.  

“In-person shows are an excellent opportunity for new and avid boaters to meet one-on-one with dealers to discover the perfect boat for their lifestyle. Shows are the most advantageous marketing channel to connect with new, potential customers at the right time,”  said David Ray, executive director of the MIACF. 

“Attendance continues to ebb and flow with current social and economic conditions, yet serious boaters and buyers are taking advantage of new offerings and extra incentives only available during the show from dealers such as extended warranties, service packages, waived dockage, enhanced electronics and accessory packages,” Ray added. 

Justin Miller, owner of Dealers Choice Marine of Orlando, Florida said “Our mission is to offer a higher standard when it comes to the details of delivering boats of the highest quality and value. The show was an exceptional show and we are once again ecstatic about our sales.” 

“The Orlando Boat Show was the best spring show we have ever attended. We sold every boat we brought,” commented Kerry Bartlett with Beachline Marine of Port Canaveral, Florida.
